Not Just Black and White. Mixed Media Monday

This ATC was made for the Mixed Media Monday theme of "not just black and white".  It celebrates the return of spring to the Pacific Northwest, where the black limbs of the trees are now covered in blossoms. Painted, foiled, stamped, with vintage dictionary paper (definition: spring) and some tiny ruby vintage glass flower cabochons.
